Eligibility for Refund:
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

a. The product must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.
b. The product must be in its original packaging, unopened, and unused.
c. The product must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for opened, used, or damaged products, or for products that have been purchased more than 14 days ago.

Initiating a Return:
To initiate a return and request a refund, please follow these steps:

a. Contact our Customer Support team at studio@thegoodskncompany.com within 14 days of your purchase.
b. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant photos.
c. Our Customer Support team will review your request and provide further instructions on returning the product.

Please do not send your product back to us without first receiving approval from our Customer Support team.

Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning their product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Processing:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10-12 business days.

Exchanges:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we are happy to exchange it for the same item. Please contact our Customer Support team within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange.

Non-Refundable Items:
Please note that gift cards, promotional items, and sale items are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund within 12 business days of our confirmation email, please check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact our Customer Support team at studio@thegoodskncompany.com.
